ORDER DELIVERY

Some orders may take longer than expected. You will receive an email notification once your order ships. Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery to a secure location. Orders lost or stolen after confirmed delivery will not be replaced or refunded.

VEHICLES: Orders are shipped via truck freight and may arrive within 3–10 business days. Delivery times for certain items may be longer. Total time to receive your order may be up to 14 days or longer during peak seasons. Please order early if you have a specific deadline.

Assembly Option: Choosing the 98% assembled option may add up to 3 additional days to shipping time.

PAYMENT METHODS

  1. Credit & Debit Cards
    Orders under $4,000 may be paid by credit or debit card. All card payments are security checked after the order is placed. You may be required to complete an ID Verification Form and provide photo identification.

  2. Wire Transfer
    Ideal for higher-priced items. Wire transfers are accepted for any dollar amount. Wire instructions will be emailed after your order is placed. This is the fastest and most secure way to get your order approved. Required for all international orders.

  3. Check
    Customers may pay by check by securely uploading a photo of the check. Check payments can take 7–10 days or longer to process, and in some cases up to 30 days to clear before your order can be shipped. Digital or computer-generated checks are not accepted.

  4. Bank Deposit
    You may deposit cash directly at any U.S. bank branch we specify. Bank details will be provided after your order is placed. Non-cash deposits may take up to 30 days or more to process.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

All sales are final. True Kart Racing only accepts returns or provides replacements if your vehicle arrives with missing parts or manufacturer defects. Customers must report such issues within 7 days of delivery and provide photos for verification.

We do not accept returns for reasons such as buyer’s remorse, incorrect fit, or improper use. Any approved replacement parts will be shipped at no additional cost.
